Resource management implies simultaneous management of all available resources to achieve maximal efficiency. The goal of resource management is to project such management system that would ensure attainment of growth of quality of telecommunications services and reduction of their costs simultaneously. Due to this, organizational technologies that in-crease efficiency of management of a telecommunications company to ensure competitive ability of business acquire undisputable relevancy. Resource management is a modern methodology combining organizational technologies allowing the maximal efficient use and management of resource potential, detection and compensation of available production reserves.
