Abstract

Now recognized as the usability attribute key to the success of a software product in the development stage quality. The techniques belonging to the field of HCI (Human Computer Interaction) are responsible for providing an adequate level of usability in software products and are not frequently applied in the software development process as usual. The problem addressed in this paper is the proper application of usability techniques in Software Development Companies of Ecuador. Therefore, which allow them to interact directly with the user during the software development stage to ensure the permanence of the product in the market. With the implementation of these techniques the developer is able to satisfy users with an effective and efficient website and the user find what you need in the shortest time possible.
