Abstract
In order to improve the transmission rate and spectrum utilization of cognitive ultra wideband system, this paper combining with the band-limited and orthogonal characteristics of finite prolate spheroidal wave functions, proposes a parallel multiband orthogonal transmission of cognitive ultra wideband system based on the multiband pulse system, uses a pair of orthogonal pulses to replace the single subband pulse, the information is modulated to orthogonal pulses, and introduces interleaver in the modulation front, further improvs the system reliability of information transmission. On this basis, the system simulation model is built, to analyze the system BER performance on the Gauss white noise background and the interference of pulse correlation. The simulations reveal that orthogonal pulses pair can greatly improve the information transmission rate, meanwhile does not affect system BER in low SNR, the value is similar to the Gaussian white noise channel theory value.
