Abstract
The paper includes a proposal of a new algorithm for Computer Aided Design (CAD) of complex system with higher degree of dependability. Optimal scheduling of tasks and optimal resources partition are fundamental problems in this algorithm. Presented the CAD algorithm, based on neural networks, may have a practical application in developing tools for rapid prototyping of such systems.
