Abstract

The present work proposes a computerised and algorithmic approach to a procedure which has traditionally been performed in hardware, by milling and polishing a physical object. While some fine physical final adjustments will still be necessary, we hope a digital approach will make the process less labor-intensive and allow for a more explicit positioning of the mandible.
