Abstract
Nowadays, more and more people would like to share their locations and check-in information through social networks – geo-social, which is also a hotspot in academic community. Previous works focus on query to geo-social network at current time, however, historical query is an important tool for analyzing and essential for system-centric purpose. This paper addresses two historical geo-social queries on group problem. One is for check-in historical query and the other is for life pattern query. We build sophisticated structures to index the data and propose algorithms to process queries. Experimental evaluation is carried out on real-synthetic hybrid dataset, and the results verify our approach is effective and efficient.
