Abstract
Communication among a lot of people remotely distributed all over the world using various devices often becomes complex in a large online meeting and this challenges the meeting coordination which involves sending out invitation, waiting for answer and negotiating for the meeting time. To resolve this challenge in the large online meeting, this work implements a novel multi-agent scheduling system, which is demonstrated to be able to save data packets, reduce energy consumption and increase the meeting acceptance rate.
