Abstract
The paper focuses on architecting traffic information distribution system based on cloud services and open source applications. Firstly the requirement analysis is presented resulting later in description of core actors and set of high level use cases. Technology for those subsystems is reviewed listing available services and applications. Finally, architecture fulfilling given use cases and using appropriate technologies is proposed. At the end, changes in demand for such services, available technologies and similar solutions on the market which happened almost three years after initial project proposal are discussed.
