Abstract
Modern communication technologies such as Smartphone’s and PND (Personal Navigation Devices) platforms provide new services for users IT’S as well. A base of above solutions is GPRS network described in this article. This paper shortly presents types of current real time traffic services also an example of the remotely controlled step motor by GPRS network and analyzed Microsoft Azure Notification Hub facilitating dynamic communication with end user RTTI system.

In ver. 2.3 travel times were calculated for selected major roads (e.g. Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim and Stavanger) [17].

OLR proposed as an open standard in an Open Source framework. The OpenLR specification is defined in the Open LR whitepaper version 1.5 [13].

Based on cloud computing technology.

GPRS networks also use dynamically assigned temporary identifier TMI (Temporary Flow Identity).

With the exception of broadcast type - i.e. to all users logged into the network at a given moment. (e.g. with LAI data).

TFI (Temporary Flow Identity) means a temporary identifier of assignment of packets of a given user to a given time slot. PCU compares the TFI stored in the packet with the system identifier of the time slot and, if they are compatible, starts transmission with a given TFI.
- 13.
IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) is a personal 15-digit identification number of the subscriber, which creates a data structure containing the country code, network code, user id in a given network [3].
- 14.
RAI SGSN (Routing Area Identifier SGSN) is an id of a mobile user's location in a network area with a given RA. Any change to the RA, tracked by SGSN, results in immediate calculation of the RAI stored in the SGSN controller's memory.

Protocol TPEG validated by TISA (Traveler Information Services Association) having issued 31 Service IDs. For example some of them: INRIX (038.051.034; 077.076.069; 080.084.068), Nokia (052.224.003; 065.015.247; 065.100.001), Media Mobile (054.163.061) whether Intelematics (027.015.157).

It should be added that the cloud covers not only network connections but also IT hardware and/or software (IaaS - Infrastructure as a Service, SaaS - Software as a Service).

4 red LEDs located in the motor housing flash off and on sequentially to show the powered bands of the engine, while the arrow connected to the rotor shows the rotation.
