Abstract

In recent years, modeling and improving the quality of business processes have been increasing interest in several domains, especially in higher education. In fact, quality of business process models could be the object of various interpretations; it must be treated in the most objective way, by using measures. Consequently, this paper presents a framework where we apply these steps for the purpose of quality management in the higher education domain. After that, we illustrate these ideas with a real business process model related to the tracking of curriculum offers process more commonly named “habilitation process”.
