Abstract

Actual paradigms of management and the emergence of the concept of Big Data creates the need to introduce changes in the classical approach to management. The aim of the paper is to specify the actual approach to management, called Big Management. The first part of paper characterizes an actual paradigms for management and Big Data phenomenon. Next, the Big Management concept have been defined and main technologies for its support have been described. Last part of paper presents challenges and case studies of Big Management.
