Abstract
We offered an approach to provide and support the safety of the complex system functioning based on the coordination of the interaction between its elements. The automation model of functioning process was created on the basis of the cause-effect approach. This model allows to present synchronous communication between elements of these systems. The model can be used in aviation training centers, which provide such programs as a periodic ground training and a professional development of aviation staff.
