Abstract
Learning environment and learning style have had great changes In the “Internet+” age. Intellectual skills are regarded as students’ the skills, and have become significant for one to carry out objective investigation, solve problems and develop critical thinking ability. In order to better evaluate the intellectual skills of pupils, this study puts forward an evaluation index system of primary school students’ intellectual skills, through the literature research. On this basis, we developed an intellectual skills assessment app (ISA). It provides convenience in use for measuring the students’ intellectual skills. The evaluation index system has theoretical significances and practical values to help develop students intellectual skills.
