Introduction

Mobile computing serves as a learning technology that is ubiquitous in nature, highly portable, and endowed with multimedia capabilities that contribute significantly to a new dimension of learning content delivery to students. The results of numerous research studies that examined the contribution of mobile computing to the teaching and learning processes conclusively confirm that sophisticated digital mobile technology in its different forms serves as a vital and legitimate delivery platform for learning throughout the educational system. The introduction of digital mobile technology into the educational domain has contributed to the enhancement of instruction and learning at all levels of the educational system.
