Abstract
Cyber-Physical System has been characterized by deep integration of computing and physical process. So it is difficult to model Cyber-Physical System and to analyze its properties. Thus, events are usually as a natural way to connect computing and physical process. In order to formally describe the constitution of composite events, an algebra of events is introduced for complex events process. And an approach of extend automata is proposed for behavior modeling Cyber-Physical System. At last, a simulation of lunar rover is introduced to verify its performance and safety of lunar rover.
