Abstract
In control applications, we often encounter systems that respond to the control signal change by vibration at their output. These vibrations are undesirable and various techniques are used to remove them. One of the approaches designed to suppress undesired vibrations is input shaping. This paper is devoted to discrete input shapers and to the identification and simulation of weakly damped discrete systems. Experimentally verified results are also presented.
