Abstract
The two communities of Software Engineering and Human-Computer Interaction tackle issues related to the software development process differently although with the same final goal: that of developing high quality software most effectively. This workshop has reached its third edition and is continuing to pursue the positive results achieved in previous years. The research question discussed is: how can we assure high quality software from a HCI and SE perspective?
