1 Important Value of Commonweal Information in Modern Society

The main symbol to measure the degree of modernization, attraction and humanization of a city is the information service of a city that not only meet the basic functional needs of people but also the acceptability and emotional experience of information interaction design for user [1].

Commonweal Information is aimed at standardizing people’s behavior and promoting social public consciousness, which is educational information in order to conduct public welfare induction and propaganda of behavior norms. Public information propagandizes, educates and disseminates the correct social culture idea for people. Commonweal Information is an important information to disseminate the spirit of the city which Is a comprehensive representation of the degree of urban development. It reflects the civilization and cultural taste of a city in a detail, the more advanced society is, the more creation, dissemination and consumption of spiritual and cultural products [2].

Improving the level of public information design in urban space has become an inevitable trend of the development of user service in public transportation environment. Modern utilitarian values often lead people to pay too much attention to material function and pragmatism, ignoring the important significance of spiritual factors to people and society. The modern humanism design idea requires the designer not only to pay attention to the material medium that carries the traffic function, but also to go deep into people’s inner world, and to create the design that can trigger the emotion resonance [3]. Taking urban traffic space environment as an example, this paper discusses the new trends and changes of information design in modern urban spatial environment and how to carry out commonweal information visual communication design through interactive design thinking. Enhance the public thinking consciousness and provide a better travel experience for the daily commuters in the city. The significance of emotional experience to urban traffic space.

Urban traffic space refers as the space environment of indoor and outdoor, vehicles, buildings, roads and public facilities related to urban public transport which carrying the daily commuting of the city. If the city is treated as a living body, people are the blood and the traffic space is the blood vessel to maintain the daily operation of the city. Numerous user emotional experiences of daily trips for users play an important role in the healthy operation and development of the city.

Experience come from Emotion and feeling. Emotional experience in the field of Psychology refer to the positive or negative psychological reflection and attitude when a person to define an objective thing. Emotional experience reflects many aspects relate with people, for example human social relations, living conditions, interaction between people and environment and so on, which permeated into many fields of social life with a distinctive social character [4]. The meaning of emotional experience in is refer that Whether or not the Information received by the user is conforms to one’s own physical and psychological needs, and then produce subjective experience and attitude that comes naturally in mind of passages [5].

Although emotion is inspired and came from the characteristics of information transmitted, But unlike Psychological activity of cognition, it is not a direct reflection of things and behavior, Therefore, the emotional experience is based on the thing or objects which as the factor to activate the people’s mind. Emotional experience is the subjective experience and attitude produced through thus intermedia that related to people’s own human nature needs, which reflects the relationship between human needs and practical effects of satisfying needs [6].

Feeling and Emotional experience is a necessary part of life. It has an important influence on people’s cognition and thinking. Without the participation of emotional factors, people’s ability to make decisions will be impaired. Especially with the development of science and technology, People pay more attention to their emotions and experiences than ever before. Essentially, emotion is hidden in all perceptual activities, but the degree of exertion is different. Without the maintenance of human value system, human activities will be difficult to sustain. However, memory and thinking activities are measured by emotional value, which makes people’s activities more purposeful.

Emotional factor is an important part of human experience and an important factor to be considered in any design. It is also the need of space and environment design and to meet the needs of space spiritual needs. The design needs to get rid of the external appearance, go deep into the inner world of people mind, arouse the emotional resonance, and achieve the inner needs of love, respect and self-realization of audience.

The role of traffic environment in the new era is changing quietly. Public transport space no longer act as independent carriers, but as urban elements. The traffic environment space is no longer a tool to separate travel into different pieces, but an important clue to bridge the relationship between people and the city. The function and form of traffic environment space have been expanded, which is quite different from the space only for traffic, and has become a city scenic spot worthy of being visited.

Designing meaningful space is an effective way to express emotion and create a good experience. The meaning of emotion embodies the intersection of space and user’s feeling, emotion and cultural value. Through the interactive experience between the user and the design object, the deep symbolic meaning, culture, social meaning and other design concepts behind the form can be explained. The mature design of space has extended its tentacles to the depths of the human mind. By endowing the design with metaphorical color and aesthetic sentiment, giving the design the profound meaning, let the user understand and feel kind-hearted.

Experience refers to the experience of knowing the things around us through practice. Emotional experience is a kind of unforgettable experience, from the mind, connected with life. Westerners like to make coffee and drink coffee, like Chinese people making tea and tasting tea. Is to create an experience that elevates the mood of coffee drinking. In the process of interaction between people and things, let the little experience and details of the endless aftertaste. Space design has entered an era of experience in which coffee making is as important as coffee drinking. Successful experiences should be able to work through a holistic, all-around sense of vision, hearing, smell, touch. The value of emotional experience will be far greater than the form itself, which is characterized by continuous, interactive, participative and experiential activities. People all have the experience that passive acceptance alone can’t really understand the intrinsic nature of a thing, nor can it feel the emotion that something brings to people. Only the interactive process can give people a deep experience and deep feelings.

2 Commonweal Information Need to Be Interact with the User in a More Emotional Way

American psychologist Maslow defines human needs as five progressive level - 1. physiology, 2. safety, 3. belonging and love, 4. esteem 5. Self-actualization. From the perspective of interactive information design and user experience, the main body of information system in urban traffic space is functional information to help people to complete a series of behavior related to the road finding or public transportation conveniently and quickly which is corresponding to the basic needs of people and it is the necessary information in the travel process. The commonweal information corresponds to the high - level psychological demand such as actualization, esteem which is need to communicate with audience and be understood through emotional cohesion and appeal, achieve the function of transmitting social consciousness and guidance, as shown in Fig. 1. It is not necessary but play the role to improve the healthy, orderly and efficient development of society, to provide better experience and well - being for the daily travel passengers.

Space environment design from simple to complex, from functional to contain spiritual and cultural factors, the formation and development of this design trend is the reflection of the gradual rise of the demand level of humanism. The injection of affective factor to the product in design process is not the designer’s whim, but the inherent requirement of human sensibility. Therefore, designers should pay attention to the needs of people, whether in the traditional or modern society, the fundamental reason why emotional needs are so common lies in its return to human perceptual life, Meet the spiritual needs and development of human beings [7].

The space environment has a huge impact on human behavior and emotions, it can even be said that designers have an important responsibility for the psychological and physical health of users. While significant progress has been made in the aspect of scientific and technological, there are still many deep psychological needs that are deliberately or unintentionally ignored.

When it comes to Prohibition and standardization information design for public, serious performance style and expression may not be proper way to attract the attention of users and wrong expression attitude, On the contrary, will make passengers nervous and alert, it cannot achieve the goal of information design. By contrast, from the perspective of reverse thinking, the humorous and witty style and expression is more acceptable and can achieve the purpose of publicity. Therefore, the designer of the information system needs to make a deep research on the passengers’ psychology as far as possible, and pay attention to the detailed feelings and emotional experiences of the passengers in the process of information cognition. This is the basis for passengers’ willingness to accept these rules and advice.

At present, the commonweal information design set up in the public transport space in China is generally ignored. The way in which it exists is stiff and rigid. It’s hard to resonate with the user, Therefore, it does not play a role in promoting and guiding social culture. At the same time, it cannot be a factor to improve the user’s travel experience and psychological satisfaction, even become information rubbish in the space and repelled by people. For example, “No smoking”, “respecting the elderly and loving the young” which simple and shabby expression of traditional preaching slogans neglects the emotional experience and loses the place effect of information cognition for audience. Lack of expression that touches the heart of the audience in information interaction, it is difficult to arouse the audience’s emotional resonance, as shown in Fig. 2.

3 Analysis of the Attitude for Commonweal Information Design

The design and expression of commonweal information originates from the attitude between the designer and the users. This design concept embodies the humanized management thought which take into account the psychological activities and the social thinking orientation of people when they encounter the management and rule. The design propose of ticket gate should be quick and simple for passengers to enter and leave, instead of restricting, monitoring and guarding passengers who will consciously act according to the rules and abide the law, While showing respect and trust to passengers.

Under the guidance of this design concept, it can improve the quality of passengers and importance for people’s self-consciousness and self-esteem. 4 Analysis of Successful Cases of Commonweal Information Design

The following three successful design cases from information interaction design and user experience perspective, preliminarily discuss the visual communication characteristics and expression techniques of successful commonweal information.

5 Using Interactive Design Thinking to Analyze the Visual Communication Design of Commonweal Information

In the current design trend. Interaction design at this stage of design development trend is mostly stay in the field of network interface and virtual product development research, this comprehension of the design field and design thinking is very limited. By learning from the thinking model of interactive design, in the conditions of Internet information design thinking mode and design method for user all over society, which can be also a very effective method and thinking for graphic design, product design, environmental design and other design disciplines as well as effective combination of all this design field to create better public environment, apply it to the future city service of design innovation, in order to design more original, humanism, science and technology and the product all interactive design feature join altogether, meet the demand of experience economy design trend and bring the mature experience economic market product with infinite prospect to public users.

Interactive design thinking is the results of the intersection and integration of different design disciplines, which is a systematic mode of thinking. Interactive design thinking is inheriting traditional design methods combined with new design thinking, its ideas and methods have been paid attention to and applied in different design fields related to the Internet industry. Interactive system design thinking and methods are not only the one that can guide design, and it allows designers to look at and evaluate their design behavior method from different perspectives, create new, practical and interesting products for users, design and create new living, working and entertainment behaviors and experiences. There is not obvious boundary for different design field in the future, Rather than the design field is highly integrated, the design method or thinking not precisely targeted in one single industry or field, but develop towards to the direction of combination between broad and professional. The interactive design mode of thinking is an important essence of guiding designers to improve themselves, When jump from one industry to another, they should be able to adapt quickly find and locate their own existence value also. Future trends in design and industry tell us the designer should have these advantage at the same: having knowledge As an expert in a single industry; able to have a wide relevant of understanding in wide different field at the same time, which will be very important ability In order to be better cooperate with a wide range of related areas designers and team to create products with a deep understanding of people’s life [10].

5.2 The Analysis of Design Rules for Interactive Thinking

Interactive design thinking is to study and research how people interact with information and define the interaction and association between people and information, its main features is the interaction between users and information, that viewed as a process rather than an independent static one-way transmission. Although most of the commonweal information exists as static visual information, there is a greater need for users to interact with information and produce intimate interactive between them. Through the analysis of different information and audience characteristics, in the context of the new information communication and interaction mechanism, thinking mode of interactive design redefined the traditional field of visual communication in graphic design which is inevitable.
