Notes

  1. 1.

    G. W. Brams “Réseaux de Petri, Théorie et Pratique”, Masson, 1983. GW Brams is a nom de plume made up from the first letter of each author’s name in the following order: C. Girault, R. Valette, G. Vidal-Naquet, G. Berthelot, G. Roucairol, C. André, G. Memmi, and J. Sifakis. The W standing for Valette and Vidal-Naquet is a pun: in French the letter W is pronounced ‘double V’ and not ‘double U.’ A good number of the results described in this short presentation can be found in this book.
