Abstract
Virtual enterprise is a network composed of different business management domains .Developer and managers provider service through sharing resource. Every participant should provides. it’s process of business disposal and resource ,But form the observer outside, the virtual enterprise is a unitive enter-prise. This paper introduces the sort of Virtual Enterprise, Then expatiates the structure of virtual enterprise supported by the open agent system. At last, this paper describes the virtual market structure and its realization.
