Abstract

The issue of the correctness criterion for the schedule of transactions in hierarchical MDBS is studied in this paper. The definition and the architecture of hierarchical MDBS are firstly presented. The structure of transactions executed in this hierarchical MDBS is also presented. Then, a correctness criterion for the execution of transactions in hierarchical MDBS is proposed. An example of the application of the criterion is given as well. At last, the analysis and future development of the criterion are given, which shows the latent application of the criterion.
