Abstract
Modeling and system design for a web-based collaborative learning and training system for navigation education and training (NAVIGATION–WCLS) was presented in this paper. The system framework design is based on collaborative learning, visual learning ideas, simulation technology and our newly developed campus-based desktop multifunctional navigation teaching system. The NAVIGATION – WCLS aims to facilitate learning navigation theory and technology anywhere and anytime.
