Abstract
We investigate on the automated construction of terminologies from assertions in an expressive Description Logics representation like \(\mathcal{ALC}\). The overall unsupervised learning problem is decomposed into smaller supervised learning problems once clusters of disjoint concepts are detected. In turn, these problems are solved by means of refinement operators.
