Abstract

This paper presents a proposal for educating effective persons. I defined the qualifications for talented people in industry in 21st century based on research of Keidanren (Federation of Economic Organizations) and other documents. After developing a new method of education in which business cooperates with academia, I applied the method and evaluated its efficacy.

The people that play an active part in information and global society must be creative, independent, cooperative, international and information literate. This paper proposes three kinds of educational method for competent persons from a practical viewpoint such as information systems.
