Abstract

It is most important to facilitate easy communication between the instructor and the computer novices. We have developed a remote communication system for computer novices and their instructors by designing and implementing functions for one-to-one communication using a whiteboard and chatting. With the use of this system, students can communicate with their instructors by using a mouse, rather than by typing on the keyboard.
