Abstract
Many reports highlight the advantages of using an agile approach to software development. However, as each case is different it is necessary to use practices that suit the particular situation under investigation. This paper reports on how agile practices, largely drawn from eXtreme Programming (XP), were used by Stiona Software for the development of their internet-based financial product Fusion Accounts.
