Abstract

The Co-assembler is a customer-oriented collaborative product configuration system, which guides and advises customers to configure their products according to their needs. The system aims to capture customers’ needs and convert them into technical specifications, helping facilitate e-commerce for enterprises. In this paper, we focus on discussing the subsystems that apply expert design knowledge and artificial intelligence to assist customers in choosing suitable forms, sizes, styles, colors and product configurations.
