Abstract
We developed the electrostatic and layered actuator with the structure which alternately tucked 2 ribbons film electrode. The aim is for the application to the artificial muscle. We proposed the prediction system of spring characteristic which is beforehand estimated in order to develop the actuator efficiently. This system was almost completed as a system of the prediction. However, the prediction result is sometimes not suitable the practicable accuracy.
