Abstract

In this paper, rough approximations of intuitionistic fuzzy sets with respect to an intuitionistic fuzzy approximation space are first introduced. Basic properties of intuitionistic fuzzy rough sets are then examined. Finally, roughness measures of intuitionistic fuzzy sets are defined and their properties are explored.
