Abstract

In order to implementing fourth party logistics and avoiding interest conflict between third party logistics and fourth party logistics, fourth party logistics must be a nonprofit organization. Therefore, the benefits distribution of fourth party logistics among its third party logistics is one of the critical issues. A Nash equilibrium model of fourth party logistics based on nonprofit organization is proposed and the game theory is adopted to analyses the distribution relationship among third party logistics. A utility function is constructed to evaluate the effectiveness of third-party logistics providers, and distribution factor is gotten using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Finally an example of Wuhan logistics market is taken to prove the validity of the proposed model. This distribution scheme takes into account the distribution of individual rational and collective rational principle, and it is valid in benefits distribution of fourth party logistics based on nonprofit organization.
