Abstract
In this study, a tool was constructed that supports the process of trying to organize knowledge newly created after tacit knowledge has been optimized by applying knowledge management strategies, 3C, a marketing mix, and various enumeration methods. The tool was verified by quantitative methods, user feedback studies, and evaluation through comparison with similar tools. Until now, though some theories regarding the organization of newly created knowledge have been advocated based on user feedback studies, the method of concretely applying such theories to real-world business circumstances has not been presented. In the current study, the tool was tested through use in an actual administrative project and proved to be more effective than an already-existing tool used for the organization of newly-created knowledge.
