Abstract

The 4th International Symposium on Information Security was held in conjunction with OnTheMove Federated Conferences OTM 2009, during November 1-6, 2009, in Vilamura, Algarve, Portugal.

In recent years, significant advances in information security have been made throughout the world. The objective of the OTM IS 2009 Symposium is to promote information security-related research and development activities and to encourage communication between researchers and engineers throughout the world in this area.
