Abstract

Nowadays, email has become pervasive and played an important role in an information society. However, in order to send an email to a person or a group of people, senders have to specify exactly the email addresses of recipients. Meanwhile, semantic email addressing is a technique that allows senders to describe a specific group of recipients semantically. In this paper, we propose a novel method of using conceptual graphs to represent the information of recipients for semantic email addressing.
