Abstract

This paper describes a toolkit developed for supporting Grid users in the task of application deployment on computing resources. The toolkit presents a graphical interface where users give required information, simply with context menu and mouse actions. More importantly, the jobs for starting the deployment process are automatically created and submitted to the Grid without the need of any interaction activity from the user. In this way, the implementation details on the Grid is hidden from the application developers.
