Abstract
This article exploits the discipline of Public Diplomacy taking into account the contribution of Web applications to practice it. A web application for public websites assessment is implemented. This application is a tool designed to help the government and public institutions to find their omissions and their by any chance errors in their websites, so that they can adjust and enrich them, aiming at providing excellent service to the citizens.
