Abstract

This paper gives a sampling of the results on Welch-Bound-Equality sequence sets that were presented in the keynote lecture on which this paper is based. Emphasis is placed on identities that lend themselves to use in the design and analysis of good sequence sets.

This work was supported in part by the European Space Agency under Contract No.22369/09/NL/JK performed under subcontract with Thales Alenia Space Italia.
