Abstract

This article focuses on a study of high-tech enterprises, through in-depth interview, examines the effect knowledge management has on organizational effectiveness, and it potential to promote competitiveness of enterprises. This article conceals that different knowledge managements have obvious varying effect on organizational effectiveness.
