Kurzfassung
Multimodale Bilddaten (MRT, PET) des Gehirns liefern wichtige Informationen für die Diagnose von Gehirnerkrankungen, wie z.B. M. Alzheimer. Von besonderem Interesse sind dabei Untersuchungen in ausgewählten kortikalen Regionen des Gehirns (Volumes-of-Interest, VOIs). Oft werden solche VOIs in 2D Schnittbildern manuell markiert. Zur Beschleunigung dieser zeitaufwendigen Prozedur wird eine Toolbox zur intuitiven Markierung kortikaler VOIs auf Basis der 3D Kortexoberfl äche entwickelt. Die 3D Visualisierung der Kortexoberfläche und die automatische Bestimmung von Startpunkten werden erläutert und Ergebnisse präsentiert.
