Abstract

This article presents an intelligent method to synthesize a technological system structure for threaded connections assembly under conditions of uncertainty. To accomplish the task, a fuzzy neural network was used. In the process of the neural system training, rules for optimal selection of assembly equipment were obtained. The optimal structure of the assembly system provides for high quality characteristics of the assembly process, as well as of the resulting threaded connections.
