Abstract

In this paper, the method of cathode electro-Fenton was used to study the influence of different controlling factors on phenol wastewater treatment and reaction kinetics of phenol oxidative degradation. The experiment was made in homemade three-dimension electrode reactor. The effect of the phenol wastewater treatment was studied by changing pH, electrolysis voltage and dosage of Fe2 + , while the other reaction conditions were fixed. When pH was 3, electrolysis voltage was 15V and dosage of Fe2 +  was 0.6mmol/L, the effect of phenol wastewater treatment was the best, phenol removal rate reached to 91.85%, the effect reached the first level of reaction kinetics.
