Abstract
Constructing of domestic medical information system shows severe side effects in quality and productivity as the expansion of constructing scope and short-term delivery trend deepen. This paper presents appropriate tailoring rule at the time of constructing the medical information system to present the practical guideline at the site where indiscrete tailoring is made.
