Abstract
Today’s education is guided by the concept of quality education, but the concept of quality education in sports has not been formed. In fact, the quality education of the national sports can promote national stability, economic prosperity and social progress. However, the quality of China’s National Sports is not satisfactory. This article focuses on how to promote people’s quality by bettering physical education.
