Abstract

It is urgent to establish an operating mechanism of public service content integration of e-Government for service channels to improve the service performance and the level of government services. This paper is devoted to presenting a systematic processing method for this topic. After a generic public service content model and public service model of e-Government were proposed, service break down of public service content integration of e-Government process for service channels was also shown. Then the method of e-Government public service content integration for service channel based on knowledge matrix was put forward. It is obviously that this method is helpful for e-Government public service content integration for service channels.
