Abstract

In recent years there is a growing concern over how cognition is related to social processes in language teaching and learning field. Cooperative learning, as an instructional use of small groups, encourages students to work together to maximize their own and each other’s learning. With the guidance of foreign language teaching and learning theories and the application of multimedia technology, the exploring of the new modes become possible.
