Research on Knowledge Management with Innovation Performance Based on Information Technology–Organizational Culture Perspective

Abstract

The prerequisite for successful KM is to understand the employees, and to transfer their mindset, cultivate the culture of knowledge sharing, and integrate knowledge sharing with the entire organizational process, in order to utilize the human potential in organizations based on the transformation of organizational culture. This study investigated the influence of KM, organizational culture and innovation on the technology manufacturing industry. The research results indicated that KM has a significant positive influence on organizational culture, organizational culture has a significant positive influence on innovation performance, KM has a significant positive influence on innovation performance.
