Abstract

Complex network theory is used to study risk control of urban street network, and suggestions are put forward to avoid disaster under different emergency states with intelligent materials, which can improve the ability of information processing and information control. Changchun street network is taken as an example to study, it is found that the connectivity risk of traffic congestion is between random failures and deliberate attacks, which can provide a theoretical basis to improve the emergency response capability and risk control capability.
