Abstract
The traditional shot-cut detection technology based on block color histogram has many disadvantages: sequential block frame difference computation, block without clear boundary, computing cost and so on. The new shot-cut detection algorithm with Domain Histogram by weight is present and brings up the definition of TK (Threshold Kernel) and VF (Visual Factor). The experiments result shows that the algorithm is superior to the traditional blocked histogram.
