Abstract

The Economy-energy-environment system is an organic entirety, each subsystem affects and constraints mutually one another, can not be viewed in isolation. We must have a thinking on coordinate and sustainable development, whose core is the development, whose goal is social development, whose basis is economic development, whose necessary condition is environmental protection. The resources are the material basis on achieving sustainable development and energy is an important part of resources which is closely related to the environment and economic. In this paper, first we introduce the general conditions of the economic, energy, environment in Hebei Province; next we have correlative analysis to the economy-energy-environment system, use the Energy Intensity to analyze the relationship between the economy and energy, use the Environment Kuznets Curve to analyze the relationship between the economy and the environment, use figure to have comparative analysis to the relationship between energy and the environment; finally we obtain conclusion.
