Abstract
Today there is a variety of pre-paid mobile service ’ particularly in relation to the properties of real-time billing extension. How to build the mobile intelligent network platform for pre-processing to resolve the problem between then External Platform and the Service Control Point is proposed, and some attempt to realize it has been made in this paper.
