Abstract

During taking the task of “Cold Storage Labor”—project of the Development of the State Question Database, Zhengzhou College of Animal Husbandry Engineering (ZZCAHE) fully investigated the personnel situation Of LuoHe Shuanghui Group and other 46 companies, and analyzed the profession competence, professional quality, professional ethics that the students majoring in Refrigeration and Cold Storage should possess and the effect of professional certificate to employment, and organized the professional skill training and certification for workers from the manufacture line of refrigeration industry and students majoring in Refrigeration and Cold Storage from higher vocational institutions. Through our exploration, research and practice on the coupling path and mechanism of double certificates for the major of Refrigeration and Cold Storage, it has solved the contradiction between academic education and professional skill training which has been there for a long time, straightened out the relationship between academic education and professional skill training, successfully merged the academic degree with professional certificate. This has made remarkable improvement on students employment and the quality of employment.
